Qualifications

4+ years experience as Superintendent.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHAGuidelines.
Advanced understanding of trades.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate and lead effectively.
Ambitious, active and hardworking.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage a three-week rolling schedule.
Conduct and attend weekly coordination meetings.
Guarantee standards are met for quality construction.
Motivate and lead subcontractor tradesmen.
Provide expertiseregarding construction means and methods.
Generate and monitor punch list for each subcontractor.
Maintain a safe construction site at all times.
