We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and self-performed crews
• Maintain project schedules and enforce safety compliance
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, building codes, and client requirements
• Manage site documentation, change orders, and project closeouts
• Communicate daily with the Senior Project Manager

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in commercial construction with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and construction disciplines
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale projects
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license; insurable and bondable
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with project management software
