Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking a Commercial GC Superintendent for Crestwood, KY, to lead senior housing/multi-family projects on site. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role demands 5+ years of Superintendent experience in senior housing or multi-family construction, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and PDF tools (Bluebeam/Adobe). Procore experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in senior housing or multi-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
