DENVER AREA SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction Background & Experience with Complex Commercial Projects of $80MIL plus Ground Up Projects Needed! This is a permanent full-time role in the Denver Metro area.

The Senior Superintendent will oversee multiple projects or a highly complex project valued at over $80 million. Responsibilities include providing on-site coordination across all construction phases for large-scale commercial projects in the Metro area. The candidate will manage all personnel on job sites and oversee activities from start-up to punch-out, collaborating with staff and Site Managers to meet project deadlines.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar preferred
