HITT Contracting in Seattle seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead and grow the Federal portfolio across the Pacific Northwest. This role focuses on DoD and NAVFAC projects, managing pursuits, proposals, and major programs from your Seattle base.

Ideal candidates bring significant federal construction experience, proven leadership across large-scale ventures, and strong relationships with government clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial/general contracting experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Direct Federal Government construction experience required.
• Strong preference for DoD and/or NAVFAC experience.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex projects in the $50M-$300M+ range.
• Pacific Northwest federal construction experience and market relationships strongly preferred.
• Experience with JBLM, Naval Base Kitsap/Bremerton, or similar military installations highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience developing client relationships, pursuing new work, and identifying market opportunities.
• Strong operational, financial, and team leadership capabilities.

Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Federal

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Seattle office and play a key leadership role in expanding HITT's presence into the Federal Government construction market throughout the Pacific Northwest.

This is more than a traditional project leadership role. We're looking for someone who can help establish and grow HITT's federal portfolio, identify new opportunities and ventures within the sector, build relationships with key government and industry partners, and provide the operational leadership necessary to successfully pursue and execute complex federal work.

The position will focus on Federal Government and Department of Defense construction, with an emphasis on projects ranging from approximately $50M-$300M+.

The ideal candidate will bring significant federal construction experience and established knowledge of DoD, NAVFAC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Naval Base Kitsap/Bremerton, and other federal agencies and installations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
