You will coordinate budgets, schedules, RFPs, meetings, and subcontractor management, while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet expectations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, a degree in construction/engineering/business, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Commercial Construction Project Manager Job Description: A Project Manager (PM) develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. The PM provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The PM is the primary leader for the construction project.
In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, section RCW 49.58.110, the base salary range for this position is: $96,800.00 - $132,000.00 Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
