  • Identify hazards, conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs) and project‑specific risk assessments, and work with project teams to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver safety training, new hire orientations, and required regulatory training.
  • Maintain current knowledge of OSHA, SWPPP, and other applicable regulations, ensuring company compliance and adoption of industry best practices.
  • Maintain employee training records, certifications, OSHA logs, safety documentation, and other required regulatory records.
  • Lead the reporting, investigation, and documentation of workplace injuries, near misses, vehicle accidents, property damage, and other safety incidents, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Monitor safety performance metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, prepare reports for leadership, and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project teams while supporting company‑wide safety goals and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction safety experience, including responsibility for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
