Job summary

Ratcliff Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from conception to completion. You will own project performance, oversee timelines, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and quality standards, reporting to offices in Alexandria or Baton Rouge, LA.

The ideal candidate is an experienced PM with a strong background in commercial building, a hands-on, business-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach focused on delivering quality work each
