The candidate should be proficient with the following: SureTrack Scheduling, Timberline Estimating, Sage Contractor, Expedition, NavisWorks, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Specific project experience with: Office, Medical, Retail, Warehouse and Distribution, Manufacturing, Schools, Ecumenical and Industrial Projects is . The candidate should be well-versed and capable of performing Contract Preparation, Estimating, Scheduling, Bidding, Cost Forecasting and all other management functions.
