FirstFour Staffing is looking for a Project Manager I to oversee daily operations on smaller commercial construction projects or support larger projects under a Senior Project Manager. The role includes managing crews, equipment, materials, and internal services to keep projects on schedule.

Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 4–6 years of progressive project experience, including experience with smaller projects or supporting larger ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4 to 6 years progressive construction project experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing smaller commercial construction projects or supporting larger ones.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction operations on smaller projects, including people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services.
• Assist with Pre-Construction Services to prepare and monitor cost-related information and reports for assigned projects.
• Manage construction schedule, RFIs, cost, and document control.
• Assist with creating and managing project budgets.
