Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Commercial Construction experience.
• Experience in light industrial, warehouse, and tenant improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and profitability across multifamily projects.

Responsibilities

• Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans.
• Supervise work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Make estimates for projects.
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site.
• Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Create and oversee punch lists and ensure completion of related work prior to inspections.
• Identify and communicate issues to the Construction Manager.
