Job Description

• • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to design specifications, and resolution of any issues.
  • Lead project meetings, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and craftsmanship throughout the construction process.

• Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Saint Petersburg, FL area.
