Job Title: Installation Project Manager / Construction Manager

About the Role:

CSF International is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our turnkey installation projects. In this role, you'll manage installations across a regional territory—with occasional national travel. Expect to be on the road up to 75% of the time (mostly overnight) while enjoying weekends at home.

Concept Store Fixtures International LLC (CSF Int, LLC.) is the Installation and Service arm of CSF International, Inc.—a leader in manufacturing replacement parts, shelves, and case skin kits for major OEM refrigerated cases in the supermarket industry. With locations in Repentigny (Quebec, Canada), North Carolina, Bentonville (AR), and Dallas (TX), we have expanded our expertise to include glass door retrofits, asset protection installations, and LED retrofits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company: Act as the factory representative on client visits and when working with 3rd party installers.
• Project Execution: Lead on-site installations, designs, and inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentorship: Train and guide our 3rd party installer network on proper trade practices and installation methods.
• Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently and report progress using BIM 360 Field and Smartsheets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate project needs, resolve issues, and drive improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Perform pre-installation site surveys, post-installation audits, and ensure final punch list items are completed.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and product quality enhancements.
• Support Product Development: Assist with test installations of new products in client facilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Solid background in construction and installation practices.
• Previous experience with installing grocery refrigerated cases.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with technology-based reporting systems (handheld or tablet devices).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Experience with BIM 360 Field iOS application and Smartsheets preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Additional Information:

• This role requires flexibility to travel by car and/or plane to project sites.
• Work hours may vary, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
