SERVPRO, a leader in the Restoration Industry, is looking for a Construction Project Manager!

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site execution of large loss and commercial reconstruction projects after water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires detailed knowledge and experience managing large loss and commercial construction projects. You will primarily work in the Denver Metro Area but may travel nationwide for large projects. Your responsibilities include hiring and managing contractors, sourcing materials, managing budgets, obtaining permits, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The goal is to restore properties to pre-loss conditions while delivering a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assess properties after water/fire/mold loss and develop restoration scopes
• Hire and oversee subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Conduct safety talks and ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections
• Provide written updates with photos during and after projects
• Manage project budgets and expenses
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members

Position Requirements

• Degree or experience in construction or project management
• PMP or similar certification
• 8+ years of experience in large loss or commercial construction
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teams
• Experience with DASH or similar software is a plus
• Experience using AI tools is required
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus
• Background in restoration and remediation is a plus
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards
