Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects across Northern California from award through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement while guiding cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, prior GC/CM experience, and a solid capability in scheduling, cost control, and contracts. An opportunity to advance and earn a competitive package awaits.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Experience with general contractors or construction management firms.
Experience overseeing multi-million dollar to large-scale commercial developments.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project administration knowledge.
Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontract agreements, and procurement logs.
Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, job costing, and change order management.
Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure milestones, safety, and quality standards are met.
Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents.
Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.
