The Commercial Construction Loan Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of both construction-to-permanent and standalone construction loans. This position manages a complex portfolio while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and organizational standards and loan agreements. This role coordinates construction draws, lien monitoring, inspections, documentation, funding, and risk management. In addition, the specialist collaborates closely with management to improve operational efficiency and acts as a central liaison between borrowers, builders, inspectors, loan officers, and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes effective risk mitigation, strong relationship management, member satisfaction, and requires in-depth knowledge of applicable lending policies.
PAY RANGE: $78,000- $91,000 (S15), plus 10% annual target bonus.
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
