Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time role, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime, night, or weekend work may be required based on project needs. Job sites are primarily in the greater Jacksonville, FL area and surrounding counties.

You will fabricate and install high-quality sheet metal ductwork and air-side equipment, providing hands-on guidance to your crew. You will manage man-hour reports and keep clients informed, ensuring projects meet our high standards for quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to complete projects with pride and precision.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of mechanical commercial construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Safety-conscious, punctual, and detail-oriented
