Ray Palmer Associates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead our commercial construction crews in the field. This is a hands-on supervisory role that involves managing day-to-day operations on job sites, coordinating tasks and teams, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. We're seeking candidates with prior foreman or crew leadership experience in commercial construction who are eager to bring their skills to a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities and crew members on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Plan daily work activities and allocate labor, materials, and equipment accordingly
• Ensure job site safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to align fieldwork with project goals
• Track project progress, report updates, and resolve field issues as they arise
• Mentor crew members and foster a productive team environment
• Monitor and ensure high-quality workmanship in all phases of the build
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years+ prior experience in a construction foreman or crew lead role (commercial experience required)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and job site coordination
• Ability to lead by example with a positive, accountable, and safety-focused attitude
• Comfortable using mobile tech or tablets for job tracking and communication
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to train others and maintain a results-oriented team

Work Schedule
