Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fuel and Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fuel and commercial construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and scope.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals for clients.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Monitor and report on project costs and progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide support during contract negotiations and project planning phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in fuel and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
