Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team on ground-up commercial construction projects. You will work on high-quality projects with a backlog that reflects stability and opportunity, collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop accurate estimates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years estimating ground-up commercial construction, strong budgeting and margin knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
