Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

• Prepare and manage detailed estimates for multiple concurrent ground-up commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to refine scope and costs.
