Greenstreet is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to lead the DFW estimating function. You will engage with clients, architects, and trade partners early to shape projects before bidding.
You’ll be based in your home office, but must be local to the DFW area and able to travel to sites and meetings regularly, leveraging deep knowledge of the local market and pricing trends.
For 43 years, Greenstreet has been building across Texas and New Mexico with a simple goal: serve people well and build with purpose. We’re a God led, Christ-following company, and that foundation shapes how we do business. We're client-focused and relationship-driven, grounded in honesty, transparency, and trust. We stay fully engaged with our clients from concept to completion, because we believe construction is a relationship business first.
We operate on lean construction principles, and that shows up not just in how we build, but in how we think: eliminating waste, respecting people, solving problems together, and always looking for the best way forward. We know a project’s success is built long before the first shovel hits the ground.
At Greenstreet, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find a team that treats you the same way we treat our clients: with honesty, respect, and a real commitment to your success. If you’re ready to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team doing work you can be proud of, Greenstreet is the place for you.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to lead and build out our DFW estimating function. This isn’t a typical bid estimating job. We’re a relationship driven, collaborative general contractor, and estimating is where those relationships start. You’ll be involved with clients, architects, and trade partners early in the process, shaping projects before they’re ever put out to bid.
This role is based out of your home office, but you’ll need to be local to the DFW area and available to travel regularly to job sites and client meetings. You should know the local market inside and out: trade partner relationships, material pricing trends, local code and permitting, and the general rhythm of how work gets done here.
