Job summary

Total Construction Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Commercial Construction Driver / Warehouse Associate. You’ll drive a 16' box truck to deliver materials to commercial job sites, pick up from vendors, and assist in the warehouse as needed.

Schedule is early: Mon–Thu 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Fri 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Pay $22–$25/hour, with benefits after 90 days, plus 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a box truck and delivering to commercial construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Reliable and punctual with early-start availability.
• Good communication with job site and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to commercial job sites on time.
• Pick up orders from suppliers and vendors.
• Handle trash and debris clean-outs at job sites.
• Load and unload the truck safely and secure loads.
• Help in the warehouse: receiving, organizing, and staging materials.
• Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to keep deliveries on schedule.

• Friday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

About the role

Total Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor in Conshohocken. We’re hiring an experienced driver to keep our job sites supplied and our warehouse running. You’ll drive a 16' box truck, deliver materials to commercial job sites, pick up from vendors, handle trash clean-outs, and help out in the warehouse if needed.

What you’ll do

• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to commercial job sites on time
• Pick up orders from suppliers and vendors
• Handle trash and debris clean-outs at job sites
• Load and unload the truck safely and secure loads properly
• Help in the warehouse: receiving, organizing, and staging materials
• Keep the truck clean and report any maintenance issues
• Work with our warehouse and field teams to keep deliveries on schedule

What we’re looking for
