As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to provide outstanding services to our mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, and adaptive re-use clients in the greater Atlanta area.

The Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities include:

1. Assist with all documentation associated with each project
2. Help identify lead-time problems or setbacks and work with the PM to resolve them
3. Effectively communicate with subcontractors and project team members
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and DCC team members
5. Deliver each project to a successful completion

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing projects in a rapidly growing organization
• Desire to learn is a must
