Job summary

Tegrity Contractors in Texas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive communication, and teamwork as you handle submittals, RFIs, pay apps, project documentation, cost tracking, and reporting to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience (APM or related role).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and project management processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, aia pay apps, and project documentation.
• Support client communication and project reporting.
• Track project costs and help maintain financial controls.
