This position serves as the overall Project Leader for the jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities include project setup, buyout, contract execution and compliance, procurement, daily progress tracking, safety compliance, invoice and timesheet approvals, project sequencing and scheduling, coordination with GCs and operations, change order management, cost forecasting, and overall fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute contracts and scope of work
• Ensure project safety compliance
• Review job cost spreads and estimates
• Plan project sequencing and schedules
• Track project quantities and progress
• Manage project costs and reporting
• Approve invoices and code costs
• Procure materials and equipment
• Manage change orders and estimate pricing
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, and operations
• Mentor project engineers

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
