SimsCo LLC is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher to build full-scale foundations across the region. This full-time role is based in Rogersville, MO, with travel up to 10% to project sites outside a 30-mile radius.

You will place, pour, and finish concrete, read plans, and collaborate with the field crew to deliver high-quality results on time and to spec. Year-round work and overtime optional accompany competitive pay.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Place, pour, and finish concrete surfaces for diverse commercial applications according to strict project specifications.
• Set and align forms, screeds, and headers accurately to ensure precise dimensions and structural integrity.
• Monitor chemical curing processes and apply specialized surface treatments, sealers, or hardeners to finished slabs.
• Read and interpret detailed construction plans, elevations, and structural drawings to guide daily field execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while managing tools, equipment, and raw materials efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with your team members and take absolute personal ownership of your daily output.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working with concrete placement and finishing techniques within a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work directly from construction plans, blueprints, and elevations.
• Demonstrated reliability with a track record of consistent on-time attendance and clear professional communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of total working hours to various regional project sites outside a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 2 or more years of dedicated experience in commercial concrete finishing and masonry work.
• Previous experience managing complex material handling workflows and setting intricate formwork systems.
