Job summary

Martin Painting & Coating Co. is seeking a Commercial Coating Technician to perform surface preparation, coating application, detail work and jobsite support on commercial projects.

You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings with brushes and rollers, and ensure safety and quality on site, including working at heights and through weekends as needed. Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required to log timesheets and communicate with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial painting, coating, construction, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with brush and roller application is helpful.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Able to perform physical work throughout the day and work at heights.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Smartphone required for timesheets and communication.
• Availability to work at least two weekends per month.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
