Commercial Clearance Officer - Remote
A leading full-service Settlement & Escrow Company is looking for a Clearance Officer to join their Commercial Team. As one of the Northeast region’s largest Title Insurance Agency handling transactions throughout the country, this is an innovative and successful company handling every kind of real estate transaction from single family residences to the most complex multi-site commercial transactions.
The Clearance Officer will be responsible for preparing files that will be reviewed and signed at settlement. You will work closely with file openers, closers, lenders, insurance underwriters, and insurance agents. A core responsibility is preventing delays through diligent fact-checking and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 5+ years of relevant title clearance experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
