SOUTHERN ROYALTY CLEANING SERVICE L is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to provide high-quality cleaning services for commercial or residential clients. The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship.

You will represent the brand and uphold standards of cleanliness, integrity, and customer service at each site. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, disinfecting, restocking, and following safety procedures while maintaining equipment and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (training available).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition.
• Secure facilities upon completion of service when required.
