Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner in Dallas, TX to join our team. You will perform cleaning duties to create cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds, using supplied products and procedures.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, and maintaining supplies. The role requires strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cleaning duties using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Must be able to read and follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.

Job Position Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
• Reliable transportation is required
