Clean Team Company is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Associate to join our Maryville/Alcoa team. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Able to provide reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active during shift.
• No cleaning experience? Training provided by Clean Team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and shared spaces.
• Remove trash/recycling and replace liners.
• Replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces and maintain sanitary areas.
• Handle spills and unexpected cleaning needs safely.
• Follow all safety guidelines and client procedures.
• Work professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Complete areas and duties according to established standards.
• Notify management of maintenance issues or supply shortages.
