Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not employment; providers operate as 1099 contractors with their own tools and schedule.

Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning is preferred. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, with opportunities for flexible hours and on-site assignments across targeted facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred, especially commercial/industrial
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools
• Independent contractor mindset with reliable work ethics

Responsabilités

• General cleaning across designated areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal)
• Floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping
• Use of own cleaning equipment and supplies for commercial/industrial tasks
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to hygiene standards
• Minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement
• Follow site safety protocols during service
• Paint touch-ups or light repairs if agreed in the contract

Independent Commercial Cleaning Contractor Opportunity: Area Cleaning Provider

OVERVIEW

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and is seeking dedicated, reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position — providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• General cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across designated areas
• Floor care services such as buffing, polishing, and stripping
• Use of the provider's own cleaning equipment and supplies for commercial/industrial-grade tasks
• Servicing restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to hygiene and presentation standards
• Minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement
• Adherence to site safety protocols while performing services
• Additional scoped tasks such as painting touch-ups or light repairs, where agreed

PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred, especially commercial/industrial
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of a service visit
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience a plus, not required

PAY RATE

$25 to $30 per hour

CONTRACTOR TERMS

Providers are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. This is a contractor engagement, not an employment offer; no employer-employee relationship is created.
