Job summary

Nexodus Clean is seeking independent cleaning professionals to service designated commercial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. You will work with your own tools and schedule, focusing on thorough cleaning and maintenance across offices and industrial sites.

Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred; responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and safety compliance. Residential painting or light repairs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred, especially commercial/industrial
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of a service visit
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience a plus, not required

Independent Commercial Cleaning Contractor Opportunity: Area Cleaning Provider

OVERVIEW

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and is seeking dedicated, reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position — providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the scope of each service agreement. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
