ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial Services in Rossford, OH is seeking a dependable cleaner to perform daily facility cleaning using provided products and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, and dusting.

This position offers 7.5 hour shifts, paid training, opportunities for advancement, competitive pay at $15.00 per hour, and a team-oriented environment that values reliability, punctuality, and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Constant standing/walking for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn through paid training.
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Be dependable, in uniform, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, clean windows, and dust.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Job Position Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Please note that all shifts are 7.5 hours total (8 hours with 30mins break)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
