Clean Team in Fenton, MI is hiring Commercial Cleaners to help keep local facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for clients, staff, and visitors. The role offers a dependable schedule with evening shifts: Wed-Thu-Fri 6-9pm or Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues 9pm, and includes entry-level training.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, sanitization of high-touch surfaces, waste disposal, restroom upkeep, stock checks, and securing the facility at shift end.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in offices and common areas.
• Sanitization: disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain health standards.
• Waste Management: empty trash, replace liners, and dispose waste appropriately.
• Restroom Maintenance: restock supplies and keep restrooms clean.
• Supply Tracking: monitor cleaning supplies and notify when stock is low.
• Facility Security: secure doors and ensure windows are shut at end of shift.
