Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Florida seeks a Commercial Cleaner to work 3 nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1.5 hours per night) for a total of 4.5 hours weekly. There is potential for additional evening hours in the area. After 30 days with perfect attendance, a monthly bonus of $1 per hour worked will be paid.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, clean windows, dust.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Attendance Bonus/Incentive

After the initial 30 days worked, each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month.

Job Position Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
