Job summary

ANCIENT CITY JANITORIAL LLC is seeking a Commercial Cleaner for two locations around Saint Johns Bluff and Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers 3 night shifts per week with a total of about 7 hours weekly.

You will perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning and dusting, using provided cleaning products and following safety procedures. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available.

Job description

Commercial Cleaner 3 nights a week at two locations around Saint Johns Bluff and Beach Blvd locations

Location 1: Tuesday and Thursday (2.5 hours) Location 2: Friday (2 hours)

Weekly average hours will be 7 hours

Attendance Bonus/Incentive: After the initial 30 days worked, each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
