Job summary

B Littles Cleaning Service LLC is seeking a diligent Commercial Cleaner/Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of client buildings. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, restroom scrubbing, dusting, baseboard and windowsill polishing, trash removal, and liner replacement, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has experience with commercial cleaning equipment, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Commercial janitorial services.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildings.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily.
• Clean windows/windowsills, and supply restrooms on a regular basis.
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with microfiber cloths.
• Secure the building by locking doors and/or arming the alarm system once cleaning is complete.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the Operations Manager of any incidents/discrepancies.

We’re looking to hire a hard-working Commercial Cleaner/Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client buildings. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting tops of desks, and wiping baseboards and windowsills, in addition to maintenance tasks such as emptying trash and replacing trash can liners (bags). The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.
