VALOR BUSINESS CLEANING SOLUTIONS in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a hard-working Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety of our building. You will handle vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and restrooms, with pride in a job well done.

The ideal candidate has experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, a strong work ethic, good stamina, and reliable transportation to the site. This role offers a stable schedule, on-site work, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with taking pictures for reporting and using applications on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, supply restrooms on a regular basis
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
• Take pictures & submit reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major issues
