The Felician Sisters of North America are seeking a casual Housekeeper to support the Maryville Retreat Center in Holly, Michigan. The role covers second shifts (11:00 am – 7:30 pm), weekends, and other shifts as needed for vacations, holidays, or large events.

Responsibilities include cleaning, making beds, laundering linens, and assisting with dining services when required, ensuring a sanitary, welcoming environment for guests and sisters alike.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Hotel housekeeping a plus.

• Clean and maintain sanitary, neat spaces at the Retreat Center and associated buildings.
• Make beds, launder and replenish linens, clean rooms, halls and restrooms, vacuum and mop floors.
• Cross-train and assist with dining services as needed and provide excellent customer service to retreat visitors/guests.

• We are hiring a casual Housekeeper to work at our Maryville Retreat Center (Holly, MI).
• This is an unscheduled / per diem position; picking up mostly second shifts (11:00 am - 7:30 pm), weekends and potential other shifts, as needed, to cover vacation, holidays, or during large events/guest groups.
• Overlooking beautiful Lake Elliot, Maryville Retreat Center is located in Holly, Michigan on a 240-acre campus, and offers an ideal space for conferences, company workshops, and private and group retreats.

  • **Wage will be determined based on factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.**
• The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.

General Summary:

The housekeeping duties are to clean in order to maintain a sanitary, clean, and orderly environment at the Retreat center and other buildings located on the property. The cleaning duties include making beds, laundering, and replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, halls, and restrooms, and vacuuming and cleaning floors. The housekeeper will also cross-train and assist with dining services as needed (e.g. prepping and serving food, delivering excellent customer service to the retreat visitors/guests, etc.).

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
