Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain clean, healthy environments for customers and students. You will perform cleaning duties using provided products and follow established procedures, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Typical schedule Mon-Fri 4:00pm–10:00pm, hourly pay between $15.00 and $17.00 based on experience. We provide paid training, uniform, and opportunities for advancement as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must pass comprehensive background clearance.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
• Flexible with start and end times; able to work at a fast pace in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Open and close facilities, enable and disable security system as required.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers’, their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Must pass comprehensive background clearance
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

• 5913 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA
• Mon - Fri 400pm to 1000pm; must be flexible with start and end time
• Hourly rate $15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience
