Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Duties

• Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties
• Clean offices and work areas, empty trash and replace liners, clean windows and windowsills
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms, ensuring facilities are sanitary and stocked
• Maintain a clean and orderly janitorial closet

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check
• Reliable, able to work at a fast pace, detail-oriented
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s instructions
• Follow building or customer-specific protocols
• HS Diploma or GED

The physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs., and repetitive cleaning motions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Shift Times: AM & PM shifts
