Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Commercial Cleaner for an evening role at a healthcare facility near Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. The position runs Monday through Friday evenings, approximately 6 hours per week, with a 2-hour shift each night.

Training is provided and attendance bonuses apply after 30 days of perfect attendance. Responsibilities include cleaning to high standards, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible and able to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment.
• Willing to learn and follow training and procedures as provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, manage trash, clean restrooms, windows, dusting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Job description

Commercial Cleaner 3 nights a week at a health care facility off Normandy Blvd.

Monday through Friday evening position - 2 hours each night. 6 hours average a week.

Attendance Bonus/Incentive

After the initial 30 days worked, each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month.

Job Position Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
