Job Title:	COMMERCIAL CLEANER
Position Reports to:	Facilities Manager
Status (Full, Part, Temp):	Full-Time
Schedule/Hours Expectation:	40hrs. wkly. Schedule: TBD
Location:	Gunnison, UT.

Position Summary

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for the general cleaning tasks within the building. They perform a range of duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping floors, and cleaning restrooms. They also make sure common areas stay fresh by performing routine cleaning every day.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in facility.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and blinds.
• Empties trash containers into disposal areas.
• Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and report to appropriate supervisor.
• Arrive to work at scheduled time.
• Monitor and order supplies.
• Maintain a positive relationship with employees.
