Job summary

L.p.-College,-Inc. is seeking a cleaning staff member in New Bedford, MA to maintain classrooms and facilities. The role requires performing deep cleaning of furniture, equipment and surfaces, and ensuring spaces are cleaned and sanitized according to procedures.

Flexibility to work evenings (starting around 4pm) and weekends is required, with physical tasks including walking, standing, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. Training on safe use of cleaning products will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves in classrooms and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use designated chemicals and other cleaning products safely and in accordance with instructions.
