Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and reach during tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building

Skills

• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
