Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at a medical location in Lebanon, OH. The role supports clean, safe, and presentable workspaces; training will be provided, with prior janitorial experience preferred but not required.

Available shift is 8:00pm–10:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be punctual, reliable, and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently, including restocking supplies and reporting hazards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Duties:

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

• Punctual and reliable attendance record
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
