Job summary

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking team members for the Fort Wayne area. The role offers a flexible schedule with evenings after 5 pm, Monday–Friday and some weekend hours, and opportunities for advancement within a locally owned franchise.

The position emphasizes following client cleaning checklists, performing routine cleaning tasks, and participating in training programs designed to promote growth and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client's commercial cleaning checklist to perform tasks to required standards
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions and walls
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed
• Empty trash and recyclables
• Wipe walls, doors, and baseboards
• Participate in employee training and audits
• Handle call-offs and vacation scheduling

POSITION DETAILS:

Salary Range $15-$17 hr

Ft Wayne and surrounding area

Flexible schedule start time after 5 pm

Monday -Friday with some weekend hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize the client’s customized commercial cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established.
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
• Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Employee Training

• Pick up call offs and scheduled vacations

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
