Clean Team is seeking Commercial Cleaners to keep client facilities sanitized, orderly, and presentable in Fenton, MI. The role involves hands-on cleaning, adherence to safety protocols, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize & Disinfect: daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping high-touch surfaces.
• Restroom Maintenance: clean, restock, and sanitize all restrooms.
• Waste Management: empty bins, replace liners, transport trash/recycling.
• Specialized Tasks: perform periodic deep-cleaning, window washing, and floor care.
• Supply & Safety Tracking: organize closets, monitor inventory, handle chemicals safely.
• Facility Security: secure premises by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarms.

Clean Team is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team as Commercial Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping client facilities sanitized, orderly, and presentable. Key Responsibilities

• Sanitize & Disinfect: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down high-touch surfaces.

• Restroom Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, restock, and sanitize all restrooms to maintain proper hygiene standards.

• Waste Management: Empty waste bins, replace liners, and transport trash/recycling to designated disposal areas.

• Specialized Tasks: Handle periodic deep-cleaning projects, window washing, and specialized floor care as directed.

• Supply & Safety Tracking: Keep cleaning supply closets organized, monitor inventory levels, and ensure all chemical cleaning agents are handled safely according to proper protocols.

• Facility Security: Secure client premises by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarm systems upon completing evening shifts.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess reliable personal transportation to and from assigned worksites.

• Strong ability to work autonomously, stay focused on tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a solid history of punctual attendance.

• Prior commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required-we will train the right person!
